What we collect

  • Account & contact data: name, email, password (hashed), country.

  • Purchase data: plan, invoices, payment status (payment card data handled by our processor).

  • Usage data: logins, pages/videos viewed, device/browser info, IP (for security/fraud and localisation).

  • Support & community: messages you send us; posts you publish in INSIDE Chat/communities.

  • Marketing preferences: opt-in/opt-out and newsletter events.

Why we process (legal bases, Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Provide the Service, billing, support (Art. 6(1)(b) contract).

  • Security/fraud, abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests).

  • Legal compliance (bookkeeping, consumer law) (Art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Marketing emails (Art. 6(1)(a) consent, withdraw anytime).

  • Product analytics in aggregate form (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Payment processors / recipients

We use third-party processors for payments, hosting, email, analytics and app distribution (e.g., Uscreen, Stripe/Adyen, email provider, CDN, cloud hosting). Processors act under DPAs and only on our instructions.

International transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards as required.

Retention

Account/billing records: 5 years (accounting rules). Support tickets: 3 years. Community content: until deleted. Analytics logs: typically 12–24 months. We keep less where possible.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Children

The Service is not directed to children. Purchases require 18+.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access control, least privilege, backups). No method is 100% secure.

Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify by email/in-app with reasonable notice.

Hvilke data vi samler inn

  • Konto/kontakt: navn, e-post, passord (kryptert), land.

  • Kjøp: abonnement, faktura, betalingsstatus (kortdata håndteres av vår leverandør).

  • Bruk: innlogginger, sider/videoer sett, enhet/nettleser, IP (sikkerhet/geo).

  • Support og fellesskap: henvendelser du sender; poster du publiserer i INSIDE Chat.

  • Markedsføring: samtykke/avmelding og nyhetsbrevs-hendelser.

Formål og behandlingsgrunnlag (art. 6)

  • Levere tjenesten, fakturering, support (art. 6(1)(b) avtale).

  • Sikkerhet/misbruk, drift (art. 6(1)(f) berettiget interesse).

  • Juridiske plikter (bokføring/forbrukerrett) (art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Markedsføring på e-post (art. 6(1)(a) samtykke, kan trekkes tilbake).

  • Produktanalyse i aggregert form (art. 6(1)(f)).

Databehandlere/mottakere

Vi bruker tredjeparts databehandlere for betaling, drift/hosting, e-post og analyse (f.eks. Uscreen, Stripe/Adyen, e-postleverandør, CDN, skyløsning). Databehandlere reguleres av databehandleravtaler og følger våre instrukser.

Overføring ut av EØS

Ved overføring benyttes EUs standardkontrakter (SCC) og nødvendige tiltak.

Lagringstid

Konto/fakturadata: 5 år (regnskapsregler). Support: 3 år. Fellesskapsinnhold: til du sletter. Analyse-logger: normalt 12–24 mnd.

Dine rettigheter

Innsyn, retting, sletting, begrensning, protest, dataportabilitet og tilbaketrekking av samtykke. Klage kan rettes til Datatilsynet.

Tjenesten er ikke rettet mot barn. Kjøp krever 18+.

Oppdateringer publiseres her. Vesentlige endringer varsles på e-post/i tjenesten innen rimelig tid.
